ReplyDelete2. It effects your future opportunities because jobs, colleges, etc.. can see stuff you posted or pics posted recent or couple years ago and they could tell if your responsible or not. If a company sees you were drunk at a club at 1 am in the morning, with out even meeting you in person they can assume your not responsible and they wouldn't want you representing them or working for them.

ReplyDelete2. It can effects your future opportunities because jobs, colleges, etc.. can see stuff you posted or pics posted recent or couple years ago and they could tell if your responsible or not. If you put a picture up of you smoking of drinking, people that may hire you or want you in their college may see that and not like that one bit and may never let you join them.
A digital footprint is the path you leave as post or research things online. this makes it easier for people to find out information about you in some cases.

ReplyDelete2. it can effect your future job. Say that you want to work as a manager at a store, and your employees see that you've been posting pictures of you drunk on Instagram. They most likely wont hire you. Same goes with colleges, and other schools.

And they could also tell if your responsible or not, if you were smoking or doing drugs or like went to the club 3 AM and i didn't even know you, i would assume your not responsible .

Yes things that you post on the internet can affect your future opportunities. There are many ways that you can be affected. One way is when your going to look for a job and they look at your social profiles but there is something on there at they don't want their employees to have they wont hire you. Also when your looking for schools. they wont want someone that post things of them going to parties and club drunk. They want their students to have a good image. That makes them and your self look bad if your social media isn't appropriate.

For example, if you are trying to get a job and a possible employer looks you up and finds post about inappropriate things, then they may not want to hire you because of this.
